Microsoft Employees Disrupt Wii U Best Buy EventsRemember how Nintendo was showcasing some of their E3 games at participating Best Buy stores around the country? Well, apparently Microsoft employees have been hired to go to these events and preach about the Xbox One and make comments like "why would you buy a outdated Wii U when the Xbox One is right around the corner?"
However, the employees aren't getting what they hoped for. Most customers just start bashing the Xbox One in response. Seriously, Microsoft, the people attending these Best Buy Wii U events are people who are intimately familiar with the crap you pulled at E3. They ain't takin' your shit.
At first I thought this might just be a case of one really loyal Microsoft employee taking matters into his own hands (especially since the original source was /v/), but reports have come in from numerous Best Buy's around the country that indicate many Microsoft employees have ambushed the demo lines trying to persuade people to switch to the Xbox One.

Please Pants Responsibly (Paper Notebooks FTW)

There are two ways to write a novel. Plotting (you make an outline, a plan, a roadmap if you will, and then you sit down and write it) and pantsing (you write "by the seat of your pants, throwing caution to the wind). So when I get asked if I'm a plotter or a pantser, I'm all like er, uh, hold on, let me? Pantser? I think? But I kind of, um, do planny things?
And it gets kind of awkward because in these inarticulate moments I have managed to confuse everyone including myself. And probably spilled a drink.
In recent discussions, however, I've had a bit of a revelation, silly as it is. I've realized that I -- like many writers -- am a plotter/pantser hybrid. And perhaps what I'm doing is something we could call Pantsing Responsibly. And, maybe, just maybe, I could share some of my responsible pantsing tips with other writers. Starting with paper notebooks.

I've come out against used game sales and even written a journal about boycotting GameStop because (like most people at the time) I believed they were the root cause of all the problems the video game industry has. But that's something I don't believe now as intently as i did then. From where I sit, piracy and used games sales are a problem, but not in the way game companies want us to believe that they are.
Used games are a good thing for consumers. We get to try games out, and if we don't like what we see or finish it early, we trade it in and try another title instead. It's a very good system for us since video game rentals are much harder to come by. Both fighters are ready after a small warmup. Keo seems nervous. Nichelle looks confident. The gong sounds and the fight starts.

Nichelle taunts Keo.

Keo adopts a defensive cat stance.

Nichelle smirks and puts both her hands on her waist.

Keo slowly catwalks in her stance towards Nichelle.

Nichelle starts walking to the side, rounding her opponent, as soon as Keo is in the center of the match area.

Keo fixes her sight on Nichelle's shoulders and follows her with her eyes.

Nichelle keeps circling Keo looking for an opening to attack.

Keo looks more nervous now. Nichelle notices it.

Nichelle jabs. Keo evades. Nichelle jabs once more, Keo evades with ease.

Keo jabs. Nichelle evades. Keo steps forward.

Nichelle sees an opening and throws a hook punch to Keo's body. It connects hard!! (dmg 9 / 41HP)

Keo attempt to grab Nichelle's neck for an advantageous clinch. She succeeds!!!

*Both fighters are in a clinch*

Nichelle tries break the clinch by pushing Keo away. She fails, Keo is too strong.

Keo knees Nichelle. She connects! (dmg 14 / 27HP). Keo knees again, but misses!!

Nichelle tries to elbow Keo's face. And succeeds!! (dmg 5 / 36HP) .Nichelle attempts an extra effort to break the clinch while Keo is damaged. She pushes Keo away and Keo falls!! but loses balance and falls along!!!

*both fighters are on the floor*

Keo tries to Kick Nichelle's head while they are both on the floor. She connects!! (dmg 8 / HP 19HP) but Nichelle grabs Keo's leg as soon as this hits.

Nichelle attempts a submission technique to Keo's leg. She achieves it. It's an Ankle Lock!!! (dmg 3 / 33HP)

*Keo is in pain and still unable to use her leg*

Keo rolls to try to break the ankle lock. But fails miserably, causing more pain to herself. (dmg 3 / 30HP)

Nichelle squeezes harder and keeps the Ankle Lock. (dmg 6 / 24HP)

Keo attempts to punch Nichelle and break free. Nichelle evades but lets Keo ankle go in the process.

Nichelle aims for the same ankle again, but Keo is quick enough and Nichelle fails.

Keo tries to stand up. But Nichelle tackles her preventing Keo from standing up.

Nichelle attempts to punch Keo's face. She connects fully!! CRITICAL HIT!! (dmg14 / 10HP) Keo is cut!! Her left eyebrow is cut!!

*Keo is bruised*

Keo rolls back and tries to back on her feet. Nichelle once again tries to tackle Keo but she misses! Keo stood up!! Keo is up and stepping back.

Nichelle stands up.

Keo looks in a bad mood.

Nichelle taunts.

Keo runs towards Nichelle. Nichelle waits.

Keo performs a Special Move: Combo!! Keo jumps and throws a knee at Nichelle, Nichelle blocks!! (dmg2 / 17HP), followed by a second knee strike while still in the air, Nichelle is able to block poorly (dmg3 / 14HP), and Keo lands with an elbow smash right on Nichelle's head, Nichelle blocks poorly once again. (dmg 3 / 11HP).

*Nichelle is tired*

Nichelle performs Special Move: Combo!! Combo starts with a jab, Keo evades with ease, following a straigh punch, Keo just evades, ending with an uppercut to the body, Keo blocks. (dmg 2 / 8HP)

Keo attempt a turning reverse elbow strike to Nichelle's head. Nichelle dodges on time.

Nichelle performs a Special Move: Combo!! Combo starts with a jab to the face, Keo blocks poorly (dmg 3 / 5HP), followed by a left hook to the body, Keo evades perfectly and breaks Nichelle's combo with a counter!! (dmg 2 / 9HP)
