How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

My monitor stopped showing all red color. I guess it is time for a new one. It is only 4 years old. My monitor is now the same as me: colourblind. LOL!!

*sigh* So... I may stop colouring drawings until I get a new one, but I need money to get a new one, and I need to colour commissions to get money... ¬¬ As long as the commission does not require red, I can colour it (sorry Sephzero and pumpmonger)

And adding the economic crisis to all of this, getting a cheap and good new monitor might be difficult. And I was making plans to buy a new hard disk to keep all my drawings and tutorials and etc etc etc... bleh, that will have to wait a few more months.

It's a plot against the brilliant color of red. Poor poor Hellangel. Though then again, I notice quite a few of my stuff got red in it hair and/or skin. Really puts things into perspective now.

My old monitor used to do this, everything turned out a little too green. Some suggestions;

Is it a kink in the cable, or the cable coming loose at one end? VGA cable coming loose or being improperly connected could also cause this problem.

Is it a CRT (chunky big) style monitor? After checking the cable, try solidly hitting it once, not too hard, on the top. >_>; Kept my old one going for years, whenever it turned green.

it's not the cable, i checked. And I opened the monitor and i try adjusting the red thing and nothing happens... its dead

yup its a CRT... alrady hit it a few times... from gently to F MONITOR P.O.S!!! lol

I will have to keep it this way until I save enough for a new one... I don't mind at all, everything seems almost the same... except for parts where red was evident. No biggie... if a commish uses RED I'll just ask for the red palette they want.

Thanks for the suggestions... and... I can't close the monitor properly... was easier to open, lol.
